HOW IT BEGAN...
I was born in 1987, in a small town in northern Italy called Verona. My music imprinting happened at the age of 5, by listening to a Mozart's CD that my parents were given. It was love at the first sight (or I should say first listening). At the age of 8, I began taking guitar lessons that continued till I was 15. In the meantime, I had already started learning the piano by myself and eventually I joined the vocal course by the renowned Laura Ruscelli when I got 13. This decision was taken because I started writing my first songs when I was 11, so I had felt I needed to improve my vocal skills to be a better writer and sing my own songs.
These first years immediately connected me with a feeling of wholesome, whenever I was making music alone and with other artists. My first acts and performances took place when I was only 14 and at the age of 16 I was assigned the protagonist role of Febo in the reproduction of the worldwide famous musical "Notre Dame de Paris". With this show, we'd tour the major theaters of my region for the following year and a half. The countless hours of rehearsals, the jokes, the fights, the acting classes and the struggles with my tonsils surgery that nearly got me out of the main cast, I shall never forget. It was all perfect, pure magic.
...HOW IT CONTINUED...
In those years, I wrote a musical about Dracula that never saw the light and eventually got lost (!!!). In the meantime, I was feeling a spontaneous and authentic love that attracted me to Rock and most of all Metal. At the age of 18 I formed my first official rock cover band and after that many other bands and lineups alternated. I was doing a lot of live performances (2/3 per week roughly) that made me friends with the stage more and more, from the most crowded situations, to the lame ones where "the show must go on".
From my early 20s throughout the 30s, I definitely pushed on the speed pedal of my music career. I attended 4 years of the "Voice Control" course by Michele Luppi (Whitesnake, Mr Big, Vision Divine etc), recorded EPs, records and single edits with my metal bands, toured in different European countries with Sabaton, Lacuna Coil, Arch Enemy, At the Gates, toured Brazil with Blaze Bayley (former Iron Maiden singer), sang with Jennifer Batten (former Michael Jackson's guitarist), performed on the main stage of Metal Days 2019.
Since my first time on stage to the present date, I've had more than 500 gigs around the world.
...HOW IT EVOLVED...
In the meantime I was traveling the world with my music, I studied songwriting, music production, mixing and mastering, sound design and music management. All this, in preparation of the big leap: quitting my day job to focus entirely on music. At the age of 30, I decided it was about time for me to start waking up in the morning and just think 24/7 to the thing I loved most in life. Ever since, I've added to my curriculum several important productions for MTV, SKY TV, Tether, Plan B Lugano, NetApp, Hot Wheels, I composed the score of the documentary called "Digital for Humanity" by Italian Film, composed a full cirque show for Danrie (The White House, Cirque du Soleil, The Hollywood Bowl, San Diego Music Theatre).
I was invited to give lectures at the professional University SUPSI in Switzerland and the prestigious international design institution LCI in Barcelona about "Sound applications in marketing and influences on human behavior". I gave several lectures to companies and brands meeting groups about music, sound and marketing.
More recently, I added to my curriculum the show at the Ministry of Sound (London), opening act before Steve Aoki, three shows during ADE 2023 (Amsterdam) and three shows during the Miami Music Week 2024, with my project MJE.
In 2025, I joined the artistic direction of the new TV program Win Dance Academy along with the established NoKep Generation, for which I have been writing all music for the past three years. In this season, the program reached its highest, averaging 2 million spectators per episode. The program, backed by Warner Music Italy, airs on two channels on SKY, one of the main international TV networks within the EU.

At the present date, I'm active with my solo project JaKe X, as lead singer and producer of MJE, sound designer and producer for artists and brands, composer for Chroma Music, manager and artistic director of a few artists, besides running my own management agency. Music is and has been my entire life and I shall never thank her enough.
