WHAT IS THE AWARE ARTIST?
The Aware Artist is an innovative musical mentorship that brings together a series of invaluable content that is not available in other courses. Through a completely personalized 6-week process, we will work on essential economic, psychological, energetic, entrepreneurial, marketing and practical aspects that will represent the solid foundations on which to build your artistic career.
When I first heard what percentage of musical artists abandon music within 5, maximum 10 years since they begin, I was totally shocked. I could not believe it. I love music, I started when I was 8 years old and I dedicated absolutely all my time, energy and money to it. I know for a fact that there are many people who, like me, love music and want to have a life full of it. That's why I wondered: if that's the case, why would someone give up something that makes you so happy? Working for years with hundreds of artists, the answer was more than clear: giving up is nothing more than disappointed love, hatred and frustration generated by how much you expected from her, so much that you felt so betrayed that you had to walk away.
This hits particularly close to home, because it happened within my family. It might be for this reason, among several others, that I decided to do everything I can to spread a healthy artistic culture, a healthy relationship with music and art in general, aiming for a clear goal in my mind: to prevent the conditions for that people stop making music. This is my mission, it is part of my why.
Counseling and mentoring all the artists I encountered in my life, I detected that there are two main areas that lay the foundations for success or failure: knowledge of the TRUTH and the acquisition/training of skills and attitudes that they do not teach you in music schools. When I say knowledge of the truth it refers to the fact that there can be no success where you don't know how the business really works, its dynamics and its practical aspects. And this is precisely what happens! If you delve into something you don't know, long-term failure is a certainty. The other aspect that determines who stays and who goes is your mind and energy. Your mindset and your vibration will make all the difference in staying strong in this wonderful marathon called artistic life. Traditional musical training usually teaches you how to play an instrument, how the music business is structured (and even then, always presenting the theory and not what really happens out there...) but none of them work with the person and soul that live inside the artist. Nobody asks you who you are, what your limiting beliefs are, what in your past/family/environment held you back or made you believe that you are not good for this, etc.
The artist's life is difficult, no doubt about that. But it gets even harder because it is based on a lot of idealizations and conditioning that have very little to do with art and creativity and everything to do with harmful stereotypes. Human beings can deal with almost anything, as long as they know what they are facing and can train accordingly.
The Aware Artist is this. A gym for your mind, energy and musical knowledge with a single purpose: to never give up music due to frustration, disappointment or failed love.Creativity, art, and the transcendence that music allows us are divine gifts that heal and expand us all the time. We, the music artists, tend to neglect the incredible power we have to heal ourselves by making music since we are too busy and distracted making it to beg people's attention, reach out to someone in the industry, some unidentified "gatekeeper" that would take and develop our career. That's the perfect and guaranteed recipe for eternal dissatisfaction, eventually leading your love for music fading away.
By first and foremost keep healing ourselves, we'll connect straight back with our authentic self, who we truly are. Finding and reconnecting with our authenticity will attract and inspire others, showing them that healing is real and possible. And by healing ourselves, we shall inspire and help the healing process of those next to us.

Q: How are we going to develop the 18 hours mentorship?
A: The ideal timeframe is one module per week, totaling 6 weeks. The day and time shall be picked according to both our agendas.
Q: You talked about real information about the music industry and life: what do you mean?
A: More than the 60% (and I'm being optimistic) of what you are presented and told is a lie, especially at the highest levels. One can never succeed in pulling off an artistic career without knowing what's true and what's not. The information and insights I'm going to share with you are the ones I gathered in more than 20 years, by doing/seeing/experimenting things for myself and not for hearsay.
